We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment.

For genuine, unforeseen, and unavoidable emergencies, a cancellation fee will apply and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

24-Hour Cancellation:
If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, will incur a cancellation fee to 50% of the booked services.

No-Show:
In the case of a no-show without prior notice, 80% of the service cost will be charged and is non-refundable. You can book your next appointment after making the payment.

Weather-Related Cancellations:
If major roadways are not cleared due to weather conditions, the cancellation fee will be waived. We understand that Calgary experiences severe weather in the winter time, but please note that our cancellation policy applies once major highways have been cleared.
